Pay a counterparty you have checked, not one you hope for
Aceuscor works on the buying side. We verify the entity that will receive your deposit, inspect the goods before the container is sealed, fill the box with other orders, and prepare the file the entry depends on. Scope, fee and schedule are agreed in writing first.
What we take off your desk
Four workstreams a buyer normally has to run in parallel, each one ordered and priced on its own.
Counterparty verification
The company that signs, the account that takes the deposit and the shipper on the documents are usually three different entities. We check all three and put the gaps in writing before money moves.

Pre-shipment inspection
A visit against an agreed checklist and sampling plan, with counts, photographs and every checkpoint recorded as it was found. Units that were not opened are not presented as seen.

Consolidation and shipping
Orders from several suppliers collected, checked in, packed so the container is used rather than half empty, and handed to the carrier you nominate with a loading record.

Customs documentation
Invoice, packing list, transport set and the origin paperwork that applies to your goods, checked against each other and against the shipment before the file closes.

Engagements you can order today
How an engagement runs
Five stages, each with a written output. Nothing advances until you approve the stage before it.
01
Enquiry
Product, quantity, destination and target price. That is enough for us to say what we would need to look at and what it would cost.
02
Scope in writing
Deliverables, schedule and fee are confirmed before any work is charged. Anything outside that scope is agreed separately, also in writing.
03
Check on the ground
The entity, the production or the goods are examined against the agreed points, and the findings are recorded as they were seen.
04
Shipment and file
Consolidation, loading record and the document set are assembled and checked against each other before the file is handed over.
05
After the handover
Questions that come up while the goods are in transit or at the border are answered from the same file, by the person who built it.
What an engagement costs
Per-engagement fees, confirmed in writing before work starts. Figures shown are demonstrative.

Send the enquiry
Product, quantity, destination, target price. That is enough to start. Your details are used to answer this enquiry and for nothing else.
Start with the counterparty
Send the supplier you are considering and the product you are buying. We reply with what we would need to look at, and what it would cost to look at it.
