Description

The document set checked against itself and against the goods, before it is lodged rather than after a query arrives. What you receive: - A description that says what the item is, what it is made of and what it is used for, in words a reader who does not know your product could check - Classification, value and origin details examined for internal consistency, with the differences named - Invoice and packing list compared line by line, including weights, quantities and carton counts - The transport set and the origin paperwork that applies to your goods reviewed as one file - A written list of what to correct, in the order it should be corrected How it runs: A declaration is a statement made by the importer or the exporter, and responsibility for it stays with the party that signs, even when a third party prepared the papers. We prepare and check; we do not sign, and the decision on the entry rests with the customs office that receives it. Priced in US dollars; the fee covers one shipment file.
